| Abstract: | The object of the master's thesis is to describe theoretically and practically the use of knowledge management in multinational organization, the strong and weak points of the implementation of knowledge management in multinational organization and tools that are used while implementing the knowledge management. The recommendations towards more efective use of knowledge management in multinational organization are given in the last chaper. |
