| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat a charakterizovat vztahy mezi organizací externě zpracovávající účetní agendu a jejími klientskými organizacemi z pohledu sociologie. Ověřit zda mezi nimi existují i jiné než všeobecně očekávané vztahy založené na důvěře. Vybrána byla účetní organizace z Pelhřimova a jejích 15 klientských organizací se sídlem v Kraji Vysočina v období 2006-2013. Data o organizacích byla získána převážně z interních zdrojů dotčených organizací a deskripce vztahů byla učiněna na základě empirické metody pozorování. V závěru práce jsou získané poznatky zasazeny do grafického vztahového modelu, je provedena komparace těchto vztahů a popsány zjištěné kauzality. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to identify and characterize relationships between the organization which is externally processing the accounting records and its client organizations, all from the perspective of sociology. To verify whether between these actors exist relations other than those generally expected ones based on trust. Main subject of this thesis is the selected financial organization from the town of Pelhřimov and its 15 client organizations based in the Vysočina Region in the period 2006-2013. Data concerning studied organizations were obtained mainly from internal resources of these organizations. The characterization of the relations between the selected financial organization and its client organizations was made on the basis of empirical observation method. In conclusion of the thesis, the obtained knowledge is embedded into a graphical relational model, the comparison between the identified relations is made and identified findings of causality are described. |
