| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou problematiky vytváření studií proveditelnosti na základě dostupné literatury. Popisuje jednotlivé kroky, které je vhodné učinit před samotným započetím projektu. Tyto kroky vedou nejen k rozhodnutí, jestli má smysl projekt uskutečnit, ale také pomohou vyhodnotit návratnost projektu a analyzovat jeho rizika. |

| Abstract: | My diploma thesis follows up the analysis of problematics about creation of feasibility studies on the basis of accesable literature. It describes in detail steps, which are suitable to do before the very beggining of the project. These steps lead not only to the decision, if it is reasonable to execute the project, but they can also help to evaluate the rate of return of the project and analyse its risks. |
