| Abstract: | Cílem závěrečné práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán pro otevření Zámecké restaurace Lázeň umístěné na zámku Lázeň v Chudenicích u Klatov tak, aby mohl být skutečně využit pro realizaci záměru autorky. V první části se autorka věnuje trendům a legislativním podmínkám v pohostinství, dále teoreticky vymezuje jednotlivé body podnikatelského plánu, které jsou využity pro praktickou část, sestavení podnikatelského plánu založeného na reálných datech a informacích. V této části uskutečnila autorka výzkum konkurence metodou "mystery guest". |

| Abstract: | The goal of this diploma thesis is to create a Business Plan to open a Restaurant at Chateau Lazen in Chudenice near Klatovy. The author intends to use the plan to realize the project in the future. The first part is dedicated to trends and legislation regarding entrepreneurship in the hospitality industry. The second part consists in drafting a Business Plan which is based on actual facts and data. It is enriched by a competitor research that the author made using the mystery shopping method (mystery guest). |
