| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak si v dané společnosti zaměstnanci organizují čas, jaké využívají pomůcky k organizování času a jak zvládají stres. Na základě teoretické části bakalářské práce byly stanoveny hypotézy, vytvořen dotazník a provedena analýza v oblasti time managementu a stress managementu ve společnosti Krahulík-MASOZÁVOD Krahulčí, a.s. Na základě výsledků analýzy byly stanovené hypotézy potvrzeny či zamítnuty. |

On the basis of theoretical level were created hypothesis and questionnaire. These hypothesis were analyzed in Krahulík-MASOZÁVOD Krahulčí, a.s. On the basis of results this survey were these hypothesis confirmed or rejected. |
