| Abstract: | Impulzem pro napsání diplomové práce na téma Standardizace oceňování v podmínkách ČR je aktuálnost tohoto tématu vzhledem k zveřejněným návrhům českých oceňovacích standardů a diskuzi, kterou tyto návrhy vyvolaly u odborné veřejnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav oboru oceňování v České republice s důrazem na oceňování podniků. Prokázat nutnost změn v této oblasti. Zaměřit se na možnosti standardizace a navrhnout nejvhodnější řešení dalšího vývoje v tomto oboru. V souvislosti s všeobecnou snahou o harmonizaci legislativy v důležitých finančních a ekonomických oblastech jako jsou účetní a daňové normy je v diplomové práci věnována pozornost i oceňovacím standardům národní a nadnárodní úrovně. |

| Abstract: | Impulse for writing a dissertation thesis on Standardization of valuation in the CR is the importance of this issue in relation to the published drafts of Czech valuation standards and the discussion that these proposals raised by the experts. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of regulation of valuation in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on business valuation. Demonstrate the need for changes in this area. Focus on the possibilities of standardization and propose the best solution for further development in this field. In the context of the general effort to harmonize legislation in important financial and economic areas such as accounting and tax standards, the diploma thesis pays attention to valuation standards of national and transnational levels. |
