| Abstract: | Cestovní ruch se v současné době řadí mezi jedno z nejdůležitějších odvětví, což potvrzuje i neustále se zvyšující podíl cestovního ruchu na HDP národních ekonomik. Je nedílnou součástí každého státu, přičemž významně ovlivňuje také regionální rozvoj - patří mezi hlavní faktory regionálního rozvoje. Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezení souvislostí cestovního ruchu ve městě Tábor, přičemž smyslem celé práce je zhodnocení vlivů cestovního ruchu na podnikatelské subjekty a občany. Vzhledem k tomu, že se město vyvíjí v kontextu s Jihočeským krajem, je dílčím cílem práce vymezení souvislostí cestovního ruchu také v rámci celého kraje. Celá práce je založena na kombinaci kvalitativní a komparativní analýzy. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem cestovního ruchu, jeho vlivy na společnost a ekonomiku a stručně shrnuje i cestovní ruch v České republice. Praktická část je rozdělena na část o Jihočeském kraji a následně případovou studii města Tábor. Praktická část se zabývá vývojem cestovního ruchu v kraji/městě a jeho financováním, přičemž data jsou získána zejména ze statistik Českého statistického úřadu. Součástí praktické části jsou dotazníková šetření a dále řízené rozhovory se zástupci města, jež napomáhají dosažení stanoveného cíle. Pomocí krátké SWOT analýzy jsou nastíněny silné a slabé stránky kraje i města, jejich příležitosti a hrozby do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | Tourism is currently considered one of the most important sectors, which also confirms a growing share of tourism in GDP of national economies. It is an integral part of each state, which significantly affects the regional development - it is one of the main factors of regional development. The aim of this thesis is to define the context of tourism in Tabor, the purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the impacts of tourism on businesses and citizens. Given that the city develops in the context of the South Bohemian Region, the operational objective definition is the context of tourism also throughout the region. The work is based on a combination of qualitative and comparative analysis. The theoretical part defines the concept of tourism and its impacts on society and the economy, and briefly summarizes tourism in the Czech Republic. The practical part is divided into the South Bohemian Region, and a case study of Tabor. The practical part deals with the development of tourism in the county/city and its financing, the data are obtained mainly from the Czech statistical bureau. The part of a practical part are the questionnaires and structured interviews with representatives of the city that help achieve the goals. A short SWOT analysis outline the strengths and weaknesses of the region and the city, their opportunities and threats in the future. |
