| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá tématem interního benchmarkingu. Jejím cílem je vyhodnotit finanční výkonnost 12 zemědělských podniků se stejným vlastníkem v porovnání s výkonností celého odvětví a také mezi sebou navzájem. Finanční výkonnost podniků a odvětví je měřena na základě systému ukazatelů INFA. Odvětví zemědělství je tvořeno pouze právnickými osobami a to na základě údajů z FADN (Farm Accountancy Data Network). Závěrečné srovnání podniků je provedeno na základě jejich rentability vlastního kapitálu v porovnání s náklady vlastního kapitálu a bezrizikové sazby. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the topic of internal benchmarking. The aim of this thesis is to measure financial performance of twelve agricultural companies with the average in agriculture as a branch and with each other. Measurement of the financial performance of the companies and the branch is based on the system of financial indicators INFA. The agriculture sector is formed only by corporate persons. The data for corporate persons are obtained from FADN (Farm Accountancy Data Network). The final comparison of the companies is based on the return of equity of each company in comparison to alternate cost of equity and risk-free rate. |
