| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Podnikatelský plán" se skládá ze dvou částí. První část práce je teoretická a věnuje se zejména postupu a způsobu jak správě podnikatelský plán sestavit a podle jakých kritérií jej hodnotit. Druhá část práce je praktická a je tvořena samotným podnikatelským plánem projektu zahájení výroby stolních lamp v Číně. Hlavními částmi plánu jsou exekutivní souhrn, analýza okolí, analýza konkurence, marketingová strategie a finanční plán. Cílem práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu na nový projekt společnosti StarDeco a ověření zda je projekt profitabilní a s jakou počáteční investicí je možné jej začít. |

| Abstract: | Master's thesis on the topic "Business plan" consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and pay attention especially of the method and how to do the business plan properly and according which method to evaluate it. The second part is practical and includes the actual business plan for starting production of table lamps in China. Main parts of the plan are executive summary, analysis of the area, marketing and financial plan. The aim of this plan is to develop a business plan for a new project of the StarDeco company and verification if the plan is profitable and with which budged is possible to set it up. |
