| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je s ohledem na různé přístupy analyzovat metodologii Lean Six Sigma a způsoby její implementace ve výrobních (typicky strojírenských) procesech a u zvoleného strojírenského podniku zhodnotit možnost aplikace vybraných nástrojů této metodologie na základě analýzy hlavních podnikových procesů se zaměřením na proces výroby. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky. Další část potom zkoumá různé způsoby implementace Lean Six Sigma ve strojírenství. Poslední část představuje analýzu podnikových procesů ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The principal aim of this thesis is (with regard to different approaches) to analyze the Lean Six Sigma methodology and ways of its implementation in manufacturing (typically machine building) processes and to evaluate the possibility of application of selected tools of this methodology on basis of selected company's main business processes analysis with focus on the manufacturing process. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical background. The next part examines different ways of implementation of Lean Six Sigma in engineering industry.The last part represents an analysis of business processes of the selected company. |
