| Abstract: | Podnikatelský plán je pro každého podnikatele důležitým dokumentem, pokud je kvalitně zpracovaný, má pozitivní vliv na hospodářský výsledek firmy. Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu strategického vývoje jazykové školy, který povede k zvyšující se ziskovosti v následujících letech. Trh jazykových škol je silně konkurenční, proto je v práci zpracována detailní analýza trhu a konkurence. Důležitou částí je návrh komunikačního mixu, jehož účelem je efektivní komunikace se současnými zákazníky a získávání nových. Výsledky SWOT analýzy ukazují, že jazyková škola má mnoho silných stránek, které jí umožňují využívat příležitostí a dosáhnout tak většího úspěchu. |

| Abstract: | Business plan is an important document for each entrepreneur. If the plan is written up in a high quality it has a positive impact on earnings of the enterprise. The aim of this Thesis is to create a business plan of a strategy development of the language school which will lead to the increased profitability in the following years. Language schools market is highly competitive and that is why I wrote up the detail analysis of the market and competitors. The important part is a marketing plan which purpose is effective communication with current customers and attracting new ones. SWOT analysis results show that the language school has a lot of strenghts that enable it to exploit opportunities and achieve greater success. |
