| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá především vlivem světla, barev a tvarů na lidský organismus, konkrétně je zaměřena na zjištění vlivu zmíněných aspektů na intenzitu pracovního nasazení zaměstnance. Ekonomicky aktivní však nejsou pouze řadoví zaměstnanci firem a podstatu tématu lze analogicky uplatnit také na vedoucí pracovníky různých úrovní, vlastníky podniků nebo jednotlivé živnostníky. V souvislosti s vlivem barev, světla a tvarů na lidský organismus se práce zabývá způsoby ovlivnění okolního prostředí tak, aby bylo docíleno žádoucího pracovního nasazení pracovníků. Práce seznamuje s propojením základního a aplikovaného výzkumu uskutečněného v České republice v letech 1990 - 2012 v oblasti účinku primárně energeticky nezdrojových množin specifických konfigurací barev a tvarů na dynamiku energetických systémů v lidském organismu, v návaznosti na zvýšení produktivity zaměstnanců a zvýšení prosperity firmy za současné ekonomické minimalizace nákladů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals mainly with the influence of the light, colors and shapes on the human organism, especially it is focused on the influence of mentioned aspects on the intensity of work effort of employee. Economically active are not just ordinary employees of firms and the nature theme can be also applied by analogy to the managers of various levels, business owners or tradesmen. In the context of the influence of colors, light and shapes of the human organism, the work deals with ways of affecting of the environment so as to obtain a desired work effort level of personnel deployment. This thesis introduces the connect of basic and applied research performed in the Czech Republic in the period of 1990 - 2012 in the area of primarily non-energy source effect sets of specific configurations of colors and shapes on the dynamics of energy systems in the human organism in response to an increase of employees productivity and increase of the prosperity of the company for the current economic cost minimization. |
