| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce shrnuje poznatky o konstrukci starobního důchodu v České republice. Dále se práce zabývá srovnáním starobního důchodu a mzdy před odchodem do důchodu pomocí náhradového poměru. První kapitola práce se zaměřuje na princip solidarity a ekvivalence v důchodovém systému nejen v České republice, ale obecně ve všech důchodových systémech. V kapitole s názvem Systém důchodového pojištění je popsán systém důchodového pojištění v České republice a jsou zde uvedeny podmínky nároku na starobní důchod, ale i celkové obecné informace o starobních důchodech a systému sociálního pojištění u nás. Tato kapitola obsahuje také vysvětlení jednotlivých konstrukčních prvků důchodové formule. Další kapitola zahrnuje popis hlavních změn v českém důchodovém pojištění schválené v jednotlivých letech. Náplní poslední kapitoly je analýza výpočtů starobních důchodů ve vybraných letech a následné porovnání výše starobních důchodů s příjmy za dobu výdělečné činnosti za pomoci náhradového poměru. |

| Abstract: | This thesis summarizes the findings of the construction of old age pension in the Czech Republic. The thesis deals with the comparison of the old age pension and wage before retirement with the replacement rate. The first chapter focuses on the principle of solidarity and equivalence in the pension system not only in the Czech Republic but also in all other pension systems. In the chapter entitled "Pension insurance system" there is described the pension insurance system in the Czech Republic. There are conditions for entitlement to an old age pension and also the general informations about the old age pensions and the social security system in our country in this part. This chapter contains an explanation of the pension formula structural components too. Next chapter includes a description of the major changes in czech pension insurance aligned according the year of the change approval. The content of the last chapter is an analysis of calculations of old age pensions for the selected years and after then the comparison of the pensions to incomes for the period of employment with the replacement rate. |
