| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast kapitálových požadavků v rámci nových pravidel regulace a dohledu, které jsou součástí Basilejských dohod o kapitálové přiměřenosti. Postupně uvádí podstatu a cíle regulace a dohledu, včetně názorů zaznívajících proti uplatňování regulace a dohledu. Práce popisuje vývoj kapitálových požadavků a současnou podobu Basel II, jejíž strukturu tvoří tři pilíře a dále se zaměřuje na identifikaci nejvíce problematických oblastí této dohody. Poslední část práce vysvětluje nová pravidla spojená s Basel III. Důraz je kladen na kapitálové požadavky, nově zavedené kapitálové polštáře, pákový poměr a pravidla likvidity. Závěr práce se věnuje možným dopadům a otázkám implementace Basel III. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis aims to capital requirements in new rules of regulation and supervision, which are the part of International Convergence of Capital Measurement and Capital Standarts. It explains step by step the principle and purpose of regulation and supervision, including opinions reported against using regulation and supervision. The BT describes progression of capital requirements and actual form of Basel II, whose structure is formed by three pillars and next aims to identification the most problematic parts of this agreement. The last part of BT explains new rules connected with Basel III. The emphasis is placed on capital requirements, newly established capital pillows, leverage ratio and liquidity rules. The conclusion of BT is focused on possible impacts and questions of implementation Basel III. |
