| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sestavení finančního plánu nově vznikající společnosti. Práce mapuje celý proces vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným, avšak hlavním cílem je vytvoření realistického finančního plánu. Práce se dále okrajově zabývá problematikou možného financování mladých společností, tzv. "start-upů". Předmětem podnikání je poskytování služby v podobě analýzy zákaznických dat zejména firmám na základě aplikace a cloudových služeb. Práce je rozdělena na metodickou a praktickou část. Cílem metodické je přiblížit čtenáři používanou metodologii výpočtů a v praktické části se již zaměřuje na konkrétní vstupy a výstupy firmy v horizontu tří let v oblasti IT služeb. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení vypočítaných výstupů a konkrétním krokům k založení společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the financial planning of a start-up. The thesis describes the whole process of establishing new Ltd. Company. However the main goal was to create a realistic financial plan. One can find even possible fundraising strategies of start-ups here. The object of the enterprise is providing companies the customer data analysis via app in a cloud. The thesis consists of two parts -- methodical and the practical one. The aim of methodical part is to give a reader an idea of used patterns and process. While the practical one includes financial statements and the particular output in three years horizon in IT service industry. The conclusion of the thesis contains the evaluation of outputs and particular steps to set up a Ltd. company. |
