| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ověřováním oprávněnosti systému bonus malus. Většina pojišťoven, které využívají systém bonus malus, používá "lineární" systém - tedy za každý bezeškodní rok například 5 % sleva. Otázkou je, zda je toto oprávněné, či zda by měli například ti, co již 3 roky neuplatnili pojistný nárok, dostat slevu podstatně vyšší a naopak ti, kteří vstoupili nově (nebo uplatnili nedávno nárok) dostat slevu nižší. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the verification of bonus malus system. Most insurance companies, that use the bonus malus system, use "linear" system -- no claims for each year as a 5 % discount. The question is whether this is justified or for example, drivers, who three years did not cause an insurance claim, they should to get a discount significantly higher. Conversely, drivers who entered the newly (or they had recently instance claim) should to get lower discount. |
