| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vynucováním pracovních smluv na černém pracovním trhu. Shrnuje základní ekonomické poznatky popisující tuto oblast a snaží se podat teoretické vysvětlení a vymezení základních vlastností, které jsou pro tento trh typické. Zkoumá také motivace vedoucí k nabídce nelegální práce a poptávce po ní. Dále se zaměřuje na důsledky nelegální migrace a sní spojených nelegálních aktivit migrantů. |

| Abstract: | This paper studies the enforcement of labor contracts for the illegal labor market. It resumes basic economic knowladge, tries to make a theoretical explanation and defines the Essentials characteristics describing given field. The paper geos on examine motivation for the offer of illegal work and the demand for illegal work. It considers some of the implications of illegal immigration and the related expansit of underground aktivity. |
