| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma aktuální otázky pojistných podvodů pojednává o pojistných podvodech, jejichž počet se v posledních letech stále zvyšuje a kterým jsou pojišťovny nuceny aktivně čelit. Práce se v teoretické části věnuje pojistným podvodům v obecné rovině, tedy jejich charakteristice, jejich legislativní úpravě a typickými způsoby jejich páchání v oblasti neživotního pojištění. V praktické části pak práce přibližuje, jak pojišťovny přistupují k řešení problematiky pojistných podvodů a jaké nástroje využívají v boji proti podvodům. Dále se také zabývá příčinami nárůstu počtu pojistných podvodů v posledních letech a uvádí konkrétní příklady pojistných podvodů z nedávné historie. |

| Abstract: | This bacherol thesis on theme current issues in insurance fraud deals about currently very widespread insurance fraud, which insurance companies are forced to confort proactively. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis deals with insurance fraud in general, their characteristics, their legislative arrangements and typical ways of committing in non-life insurance. In the practical part, thesis illustrates how insurance companies approach the issue of insurance fraud and what tools are used in the fight against fraud. In addition also deals with causes of growth in the number of insurance frauds in recent years and provides specific examples of insurance fraud in recent history. |
