| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou offshoringu. Jejím hlavním cílem je analýza a objasnění konkurenceschopnosti ekonomik České republiky a Jižní Korey a na jejím základě nalezení konkrétního prvku obsaženého v Korejské republice, který by bylo možno transformovat a aplikovat v českých podmínkách. První část představuje teoretické vymezení offshoringu na pozadí konceptu konkurenceschopnosti, zatímco následující aplikační kapitoly se blíže věnují rozboru ukazatelů konkurenceschopnosti. Závěrem je vyhodnocena a srovnána celková atraktivita obou zemí a jsou navrženy aplikovatelné aspekty za účelem zvýšení atraktivity ČR. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma thesis is focused on the offshoring. Its aim is to analyze and describe the competitiveness of Czech and South Korean economies and consequently find an exact element in South Korea that could be transformed and applied to the Czech conditions. The first part contains the theoretical explanation of offshoring based and the competitiveness concept whereas the following chapters focus closer on the analyses of competitiveness measures. The final comparison of both countries and attractiveness results are included at the end of the thesis together with a proposal of the aspects that could enhance the Czech competitiveness. |
