| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o strategické analýze podniku. Podnik XY podniká v oblasti potravinářství, vyrábí převážně masné, ovocné a zeleninové výrobky. Práce se zaměřuje na jeho externí analýzu, která odhaluje současnou situaci firmy a možnosti vylepšení jejího postavení. K analýze používám například metodu PEST, Porterův model pěti sil nebo 4C analýzu. Z interní analýzy podniku práce obsahuje analýzu interních zdrojů firmy s výpočtem ukazatelů mobility a fluktuace. Výstupem provedených analýz je SWOT analýza, která shrnuje silné a slabé stránky podniku, její příležitosti a hrozby. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis deals with strategic analysis of company. The company XY do business in food industry with the main focus on meat, fruit and vegetable production. The thesis aims on external analysis of mentioned firm. This analysis finds out contemporary situation of company and the possibilities for improvement of its position. I use for analysis for example method PEST, Porter's model or 4C analysis. The analysis contains indicators of mobility and labour turnover. SWOT analysis is the output of analyses, which summaries strength and weakness of firm and opportunities and treatments. |
