| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma podnikatelský plán autokempu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis základních pojmů z oblasti podnikání, malých a středních podniků a cestovního ruchu. Dále je popsána struktura podnikatelského plánu. Aplikační část se týká vyhotovení podnikatelského plánu autokempu "U Skalníků". Konkrétně se jedná o popis autokempu a ubytovacích služeb, analýzu trhu, marketingových strategií a finančního plánu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the theme of the business plan. The theoretical part focuses on description the basic terms of business, small and medium enterprises and tourism. Thereafter is created the structure of the business plan. Application part is reĺated to crating a bussiness plan to the camp "U Skalniků". Specifically, description of the camp, accommodation servises, the market analysis, market strategies and the financial plan. |
