| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem energetické politiky Evropské unie a konkurenceschopnosti. V první části práce je vymezen vztah politiky a konkurenceschopnosti v kontextu energetického sektoru. Jako faktor konkurenceschopnosti energetické politiky je v práci stanoveno vytvoření vnitřního trhu s elektrickou energií. Druhá část je věnována liberalizaci elektroenergetického odvětví, jako nutné podmínky pro dosažení vnitřního trhu. Nejdříve jsou rozebrány aktuální legislativní předpisy a poté jsou zhodnoceny dopady v České republice. Třetí kapitola je věnována modelům obchodu s elektřinou. Představen je také způsob organizování trhu v České republice. Kapitolu uzavírá část přibližující mezinárodní model obchodu s elektřinou a způsob přidělování přeshraničních kapacit. Aplikační část zkoumá konkrétním příkladu regionální iniciativy, zda se podařilo dosáhnout očekávaných positivních dopadů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the relationship between energy policy of the European Union and competitiveness. The first part defines the linkage between politics and competitiveness in the energy sector. The thesis considers the creation of the internal market in electricity as a competitive factor in energy policy. The second part is devoted to the liberalization of the electricity sector, as a necessary condition for the achievement of the internal market. First, it is discussed the current legislative regulations and then impacts in the Czech Republic are reviewed. The third chapter deals with electricity trading models. Also a way of organizing the market in the Czech Republic is introduced. The chapter is concluded by describing a model of international electricity trading and a method of allocation of interconnection capacity. Application part examines on a regional initiative attainment of the expected positive impacts. |
