| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení konkrétní restaurace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část teoreticko - metodologická se zabývá znalostí práva a jeho specifik v pohostinství, popisuje postup nutný pro založení restaurace a obsah potřebný pro zpracování kontrétního podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zpracování konktrétního podnikatelského plánu pro založení a provoz restaurace na období 3 let. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this diploma thesis is creation of a business plan for establishment of a concrete restaurant. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretic - metodical part deals with the knowledge of the law and specification in food service business, describes the procedures for the establishment of restaurant and the content required for processing a specific business plan. The practical part focuses on the processing of a specific business plan for the starting up and consequently running the restaurant for the next 3 years. |
