| Abstract: | Dilma Rousseffová byla v roce 2010 zvolena prezidentkou Brazílie. Do úřadu tak nastoupila po dvou mandátech populárního prezidenta Luly (Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva), který už nemohl být dále znovu zvolen. Lula Rousseffovou na kandidaturu za PT (Partido dos Trabalhadores) navrhl a v médiích ji prezentoval jako svou nástupkyni. V souvislosti s tím se často hovořilo o možném ovládání politiky Rousseffové exprezidentem Lulou. Tato práce se zabývá otázkou samostatnosti vlády Rousseffové. Kromě toho se věnuje také prezidencialismu a jeho fungování v podmínkách multipartismu. |

| Abstract: | Dilma Rousseff was elected the president of Brazil in 2010. She took place after two mandates of the popular former president Lula (Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva) who could not be elected again. Lula suggested Rousseff to become the presidential candidate for PT (Partido dos Trabalhadores) and presented her as his successor in media. A lot of theories about a potential control of the former president Lula over the Rousseff's policy have appeared because of that. This thesis analyzes the independence of Rousseff's government. In addition to this describes the theoretical characters of presidentialism and the conditions of it's functionning under multipartism. |
