| Abstract: | Cílem mé práce je prezentovat specifika organizování kulturních, společenských a sportovních akcí, pro které lze shrnout pod jednotný název events management na příkladu kulturní a společenské akce Holi show, na jejíž přípravě jsem se osobně podílela. Touto cestou bych chtěla propojit teoretické poznatky nabyté studiem předmětu Events management na univerzitě Dublin Institute of Technology, který jsem absolvovala v rámci výměnného programu Erasmus v zimním semestru akademického roku 2011/12, s praktickými zkušenostmi a postřehy ze samotné přípravy a realizace této akce. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to present organizational specifics of cultural, social and sports events, which could be summed up under the term events management, on the example of cultural and social event Holi show on the organization of which I personally participated. In this thesis I would like to link theoretical knowledge learned at the Events management course taught at Dublin Institute of Technology, where I studied in an Erasmus exchange program in the winter semester of 2012/13, with the practical experience and findings I got during the preparation and organization of this event. |
