| Abstract: | My diploma paper is focused on comparing legal and illegal migration into the Czech Republic. Migration is one of temporary phenomenon and it follows the history of people from the very beginning. It is one of the topics of professionals but of public as well. The first part of my diploma paper is focused on theoretical means of migration, to the brief introduction of the most important players in this field. The second part is considering migration policy of the Czech Republic, legal migration and projects supporting legal employment (green and blue cards). Legal migration on one side is connected with illegal migration on the other side. The third part of my work deals with the most significant trend in the field of illegal migration and possible risks and threads for the security situation of our country. The last part is focused on one of possible solutions of illegal migration -- to so called regularisation. I write in more detailed way on advantages and risks for the state and for neighbouring countries. In the conclusion of my work consists of comparison of temporary trends and expectations of future events. |

| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání legální a nelegální migrace do České republiky. Migrace neodmyslitelně patří nejen k současnosti, ale k celé historii lidstva a pravidelně se dostává do popředí zájmu laické i odborné veřejnosti. První část práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení pojmu migrace a stručné představení nejvýznamnějších aktérů zapojených do této problematiky. Na ni navazuje část pojednávající o migrační politice České republiky, o podmínkách legálního přistěhovalectví a projektech podporujících legální zaměstnanost (zelené, modré karty). Legální migrace na jedné straně je neodmyslitelně spojena s nelegální migrací na straně druhé. Ve třetí části své práce jsem se pokusila vystihnout nejvýraznější trendy nelegální migrace a z ní plynoucí možná bezpečnostní rizika pro stát. V poslední části práce se zabývám jedním z možných řešení nelegální migrace a to je regularizace pobytu. Rozebírám s ní spojené výhody i rizika nejen pro vyhlašující stát, ale i pro státy sousední. Závěr práce potom obsahuje shrnutí současných trendů a předpoklad pro budoucí vývoj. |
