| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit z rozboru účetních výkazů finanční situaci společnosti TOPTHERM, s.r.o. za sledované období 2008-2011. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky finanční analýzy. Ve druhé, praktické části, jsou uplatněny základní metody finační analýzy, vertikální analýza, analýzy poměrových ukatatelů a bilanční pravidla financování. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny zhodnocení a doporučení pro společnost. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the financial situation of the company TOPTHERM, Ltd. with the help of statement analysis during period under consideration from 2008 to 2011. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical bases of financial analysis. In the second part, the practical part, contains basic methods of financial analysis, such as horizontal analysis, vertical analysis of ration indicators and balance sheet financing arrangements. In conclusion of the thesis are presented overall assesment of the company. |
