| Abstract: | Cílem práce je vytvoření strategického plánu a navržení udržitelné strategie rozvoje a řízení organizace RC Slunečnice, o.s. v Berouně. Práce se zabývá nejprve teoretickou rovinou strategického plánování v neziskových organizacích, následně pak přistupuje k aplikaci těchto poznatků při realizaci strategického plánovacího cyklu ve vybrané neziskové organizaci. |
