| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je teoretické porovnání externího a interního auditu a nalezení rizika v jejich činnostech. V prvních dvou kapitolách je popsána historie, podstata a definice, legislativa, profil profese a postup externího a interního auditu. Třetí kapitola se zabývá rizikem a risk managementem. Závěrečné dvě kapitoly se soustředí na rizika spojená s externím a interním auditem. Ve čtvrté kapitole se objasňuje posouzení rizika zakázky, auditorské riziko a materialita. Pátá kapitola se věnuje analýze rizik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the master's thesis is a theoretical comparison of external and internal audit and finding the risk in their operations. In the first two chapters there are described the history, principles and definitions, legislation, the profile of the profession and practice of internal and external audit. The third chapter deals with risk and risk management. The final two chapters focus on the risks associated with external and internal audit. In the fourth chapter there are cleared up the risk assessment contract, audit risk and materiality. The fifth chapter is devoted to risk analysis. |
