| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává na téma schopnosti umělce managementu vlastní činnosti. V teoretické části jsou objasněny termíny, které se k této látce pojí a dává tuto úvahu do souvislosti s historickým vývojem arts managementu. V další kapitole je analyzován život a tvorba mladé současné umělkyně Ladislavy Fričové. V případové studii práce rozebírá realizaci její poslední výstavy. Cílem práce je zjistit, které faktory přispívají ke schopnosti umělce organizovat a úspěšně prezentovat svou práci. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of artist's management ability of his own work. In the theoretical part are explained terms that are linked to the matter. Further the thesis gives this thought in the context of the historical development of arts management. The next chapter analyzes the life and creation of young contemporary artist Ladislava Fričová. In the case study work discusses the realization of her latest exhibition. The aim is to determine which factors contribute to the ability of artists to organize and successfully present their own work. |
