| Abstract: | Ve své praktické části se diplomová práce v prvním bodě zabývá otázkou, zda se Cystická fibróza v porovnání s ostatními onemocněními stále řadí mezi vzácná onemocnění. Ve druhém bodě analyzuje ekonomickou náročnost výdajů zdravotní pojišťovny na léčbu pacientů s Cystickou fibrózou za rok 2011 a to konkrétně tak, že srovnává výši nákladů na léčbu dětských pacientů a dospělých pacientů s touto chorobou. Ve třetím bodě porovnává náklady na léčbu pacientů s velmi drahým inhalačním roztokem s názvem Pulmozyme. V posledním bodě se práce zabývá kvalitou života pohledem pacientů s CF. |

| Abstract: | In the practical part of the thesis first paragraph deals with the question of whether Cystic fibrosis compared with other diseases still ranks among the orphan diseases. In the second section analyzes the economic cost of health insurance costs for the treatment of patients with cystic fibrosis in 2011, specifically among pediatric and adult patients. In the third section compares the costs of treating patients with very expensive inhalation aqueous called Pulmozyme. In the final paragraph deals with quality of life perspective of patients with CF. |
