| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou lyžařské školy Skischool Lipno, rozborem aplikace WS Skischool, kterou škola používá, a nalezením vhodné aplikace pro lyžařskou školu. Cíli práce je odhalit a popsat nedostatky dosud používané aplikace a nalézt aplikaci vhodnou pro podporu činnosti školy. Pro dosažení těchto cílů byla provedena procesní analýza a analýza funkcionality aplikace WS Skischool, ze kterých vyplynuly současné nedostatky a požadavky na novou aplikaci. Podle sepsaných požadavků jsou navrženy konceptuální model dat a funkcionalita nové aplikace. Přínos práce je patrný na procesech, které budou díky nové aplikaci značně zefektivněny. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol, které se nejprve věnují teoretickým základům, dále analýze Skischool Lipno, v níž je zahrnuta analýza organizace a procesní analýza, analýze funkcionality WS Skischool, průzkumu trhu a návrhu nové aplikace společně s ukázkou optimalizovaných procesů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis introduces analysis of a ski school called The Ski School Lipno, analysis of an application WS Skischool that is used in the ski school, and the finding of a suitable application. The goals of this thesis are to identify and describe the weaknesses of the currently used application and to find a suitable application that could support the needs of the school. In order to achieve these objectives the following analysis were carried out: the process analysis, and the analysis of functionality of WS Ski School, from which are the current weaknesses and requirements on the new application emerged. According to these requirements a conceptual data model a functionality of the new application were designed. The contribution of this bachelor thesis is can be seen in the processes that will be significantly streamlined. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The initial ones presents the theoretical basics, the following chapters introduce the analysis of The Ski School Lipno, in which an analysis of the organization and process analysis are included, the analysis of the functionality of the WS Ski School, a market research and a design of the new application together with a demonstration of the streamlined processes. |
