| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu flexibilních forem zaměstnávání na trh práce v EU. Globalizace je příčinou radikálních změn na trhu. Konkurence tlačí na evropské trhy ze všech stran. Zůstat konkurenceschopný znamená mít produktivní výroby s minimálními náklady, a to včetně nákladů na zaměstnance. Orgány EU proto podnikly určitá opatření, aby mohly čelit této hrozbě. Nicméně poslední hospodářská krize ukázala, že změny přijaté před krizí byly nedostatečné. Hlavním problémem byla rigidita pracovní trhů v EU. Z tohoto důvodu tlačí orgány EU na své členské státy, aby zpružnily pracovní trhy. Flexibilní formy zaměstnávání reprezentuje jedno z možných řešení pro danou situaci. Flexibilní formy zaměstnávání nabízejí vysokou flexibilitu a snížení nákladů pro zaměstnavatele. Zaměstnancům nabízejí určitou možnost volby a poskytují zaměstnancům příležitost mít work-life balance. Na druhou stranu tato práce také poukazuje na negativní aspekty těchto flexibilních forem. Cílem této diplomové práce bude zjistit, jaké flexibilní formy zaměstnávání představují řešení pro flexibilizaci trhu práce a kdo ponese náklady na flexibilizaci pracovních trhů v EU. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the impact of flexible forms of employment on the EU labour market. The globalization has caused radical changes on market. The competition is growing. Being competitive means having efficient production with the minimized costs, including the costs of labour force. EU authorities have taken steps in order to stay competitive on the market. However, the last financial and economic crisis has showed us the insufficiency of reforms implemented before in EU. The main issue was the rigidity of the EU labour market. Hence EU authorities are pressing its member states to make the labour market more flexible. The flexible forms of employment represent one of the solutions for the difficult situation. These flexible forms offer high flexibility and costs reduction for the employers. It also fits the contemporary trend to have the work-life balance. On the other hand the study also shows the negative impacts the flexibility can bring to the employees. The goal of this diploma thesis is to find out what flexible forms can be the solution for the rigidity of the market and who will bear the costs of this flexibility. |
