| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá rozhodovacími procesy ve vybrané firmě. Vybraným rozhodovacím procesem je optimalizace sběrné služby v pobočce spediční společnosti. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny teoretické základy manažerského rozhodování, metody a nástroje. Součástí teoretické části je také teorie řízení dopravy a zasílatelství, která manažerovi slouží jako základ potřebný k rozhodování. V praktické části je popsán rozhodovací problém a provedena analýza sběrné služby pobočky dané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with decision -- making processes in a given company. The concrete decision -- making is the optimization of collection service in the branch of a forwarding company. The theoretical part of this thesis describes elements of managerial decision -- making, methods and tools. A part of theoretical part is also theory of freight management and forwarding which makes the basis for the manager's decision -- making. In analytical part is decription of decision problem and analysis of collection service in the branch of the company. |
