| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je komplexní analýza volební kampaně profesora Vladimíra Franze, který se v roce 2012 stal občanským kandidátem první přímé volby prezidenta České republiky. Teoretická část práce se věnuje pravomocem hlavy státu a jeho součinností s druhou exekutivní složkou moci -- vládou. Druhá kapitola se zabývá historií debat o změně volebního systému z nepřímého na přímý, konečnou podobou změny ústavního zákona a profily jednotlivých, jak stranických, tak občanských kandidátů voleb. Úvod třetí kapitoly je věnován prostor stručnému vymezení konceptů občanské společnosti. Největší část třetí kapitoly se zabývá podrobným popisem osobnosti Vladimíra Franze, ideálům, které během kampaně prosazoval, rozborem iniciativy Vladimír Franz prezidentem, jejím principům a způsobům propagace. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to provide a detailed analysis of the election campaign of Professor Vladimir Franz, who in 2012 became one of the candidates in the first ever direct presidential election in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the powers of the Head of State, as well as their interoperability with the other executive branch of power - the government. The second chapter is concerned with the history of the debates on the change of the presidential election system from an indirect to a direct vote, the final form of the amendment of the Constitution, and also the profiles of the particular, both party and civil, candidates in the 2013 presidential election. In the opening part of the third chapter, the author focuses on the brief theory of the concepts of the civil society. The main part of the third chapter is concerned with a detailed analysis of the personality of Vladimir Franz, the ideals which he was advocating throughout his campaign, as well as an analysis of the Vladimir Franz Prezidentem initiative, its principles and ways of promotion. |
