| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu společnosti LINET spol. s r.o. k datu 20. 12. 2012. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány použité metody a postupy ocenění. Praktická část zahrnuje popis společnosti, strategickou a finanční analýzu, prognózu generátorů hodnoty, finanční plán a výsledné ocenění. K ocenění podniku byla použita metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantách volného peněžního toku pro vlastníky a věřitele a ve variantě metody EVA. V rámci srovnání byla rovněž použita metoda účetní hodnoty, která má sice mnoho nedostatků, ale je možné dle ní stanovit spodní hranici tržní ceny podniku. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to estimate the market value of company named LINET spol. s r.o. to the date of 20th December 2012. The thesis is dividend into two parts. The theoretical part describes applied methods and valuation approach. The application part includes company profile, strategic analysis, financial analysis, prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and final valuation using discounted cash-flow methods (FCFF and EVA). To be able to compare the results of evaluation the, another method which was also used is accounting value. This method has lots of shortages but on the other hand it is possible to set the lowest potential price. |
