| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je predikce příjmů obecních rozpočtů. Tuto problematiku zkoumám na rozpočtu konkrétní obce, kterou je Město Tábor. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem Město Tábor predikuje své příjmy a zda by použitím jiné statistické metody nedošlo k zpřesnění výpočtů. Výsledkem provedené analýzy bylo, že Město Tábor vykazuje poměrně přesné výsledky. Přesto by měla změnit metodu predikce u daně z příjmů fyzických osob ze samostatné činnosti, nejlepší metodou je metoda exponenciálního vyrovnání. Pro predikci daně z příjmů fyzických osob z kapitálových výnosů se nejlépe hodí metoda průměrného přírůstku. Závěrem tedy je, že nelze použít jednu metodu pro všechny druhy příjmů. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a prediction of revenues of municipal budgets. I examined this issue on the budget of a particular municipality, which is the town of Tábor. The focus of my thesis is to determine the way in which Tábor predicts its revenues and whether the use of other statistical method could make the calculation more accurate. The result of the analysis performed was that Tábor shows fairly accurate predictions. But still, the town should change the method of predicting the personal income tax from self-employment; best method is the method of exponential smoothing. Most suitable method for prediction of the personal income tax from capital revenues is the method of transformation moving average. Therefore, the conclusion is that one method cannot be used for all kinds of revenues. |
