| Abstract: | V této práci představím jednu z nových metod teorie rozhodování. Jedná se o diskrétní metodu řadící se do skupiny metod minimalizujících vzdálenost od ideální varianty. Nový algoritmus nabízí hodnocení variant nejen podle důležitosti hodnot kritérií ale i podle důležitosti rozdílu mezi jednotlivými hodnocenými variantami. Postup pracuje na základě generování všech hypotetických variant, které lze vytvořit kombinacemi hodnot jednotlivých kritérií pro všechny alternativy. Bude vám také nabídnuta modifikace této metody, která sice zjednodušuje původní postup, ale na druhou stranu bude využitelná v praktických aplikacích. V rámci tvorby této práce byla vytvořena softwarová aplikace, která tuto metodu využívá. |

| Abstract: | In this paper I will introduce one of new methods in the field of decision making theory. It is a discrete method from the group of methods, which minimize the distance from the ideal alternative. The new algorithm not only offers an assessment of the alternatives by the importance of the criteria values, but also by the importance of the difference between the evaluated options. The procedure works by generating all hypothetical variants that are created from combinations of the criteria values for all alternatives. You will also be offered a modification of this method. Though the new method simplifies the original procedure, on the other hand it can be used in practical applications. During writing this paper, there was a software application created, which uses this method to calculate decision problems. |
