| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy a finančního plánu subjektu SYNER VHS Vysočina, a.s. za čtyřleté období počínaje 1.4.2008 a konče 31.3.2012. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část práce je metodická a jsou v ní představeny jednotlivé metody a ukazatele finanční analýzy a jejich interpretace. Druhá část je aplikační. V této části jsou jednotlivé metody a ukazatele aplikovány na společnost SYNER VHS Vysočina, a.s. Na základě výsledků těchto ukazatelů pak dochází k vyvozování závěrů o finanční situaci společnosti. Dále aplikační část obsahuje porovnání výsledků ukazatelů se srovnatelnými podniky a finanční plán na období od 1.4.2012 do 31.3.2013. V samotném závěru práce je vyhodnocení celkové finanční situace společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to perform financial analysis and financial plan of subject SYNER VHS Vysočina, a.s. for four-year period beginning 1 April 2008 and ending 31 March 2012. The thesis has two main parts. Individual methods and indicators of financial analysis and their interpretation are presented in the first methodical part. The second part is application. In this section the different methods and indicators are applied to SYNER VHS Vysočina, a.s. Then the application part comprises an extrapolation of outcomes about the financial position of the company on the basis of the results of these indicators. Furthermore, the application part includes a comparison of the results of the indicators with comparable companies and financial plan for the period from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013. At the very end of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the overall company's financial situation. |
