| Abstract: | Cílem práce je komplexně představit gastronomii ve vybraných státech Latinské Ameriky, kterými jsou Argentina, Brazílie a Kuba a následně zhodnotit jejich zastoupení v Praze. Na začátku se práce zabývá představením pojmu "gastronomie" a následně se věnuje etnické gastronomii. Dále jsou podrobně popsány gastronomie vybraných zemí, včetně představení typických surovin a tradičních pokrmů a nápojů. Analytická část je zaměřena na provozovny zabývající se latinskoamerickou gastronomií v Praze, jejich porovnání a výsledné zhodnocení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively introduce gastronomy in selected countries in Latin America, namely Argentina, Brazil and Cuba and assess their representation in Prague. At the beginning the thesis deals with the introduction of the term "gastronomy", and then focuses on ethnic cuisine. In the following part the gastronomy of selected countries is introduced, including the presentation of typical ingredients and traditional dishes and drinks. The analytical part is focused on restaurants and bars specialized in Latin American cuisine in Prague, their comparison and evaluation. |
