| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat výsledky voleb do krajského zastupitelstva Ústeckého kraje v roce 2012 a porovnat je s výsledky krajských voleb v roce 2008. Práce se také zabývá volebními programy kandidujících stran, povolebním vyjednáváním a následným vznikem koalice v Ústeckém kraji. Bakalářská práce je strukturována do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje krajské celky a krajské volby obecně, kapitola druhá se věnuje volebním programům kandidujících stran a kapitola třetí obsahuje samotnou analýzu výsledků voleb a jejich komparaci. Poslední kapitola analyzuje povolební vyjednávání v Ústeckém kraji. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the results of the elections to the regional government in Ústecký region in 2012 and compare them with the results of the elections in the year 2008. The thesis also deals with the election programmes of the political parties, after-election negotiation and following formation of the coalition in Ústecký region. The thesis is divided into four chapters. First chapter defines the regions and the regional elections in general, second chapter contains the analysis of the election programmes of the candidate political parties and in third chapter the results of the elections are analysed and compared. The last chapter analyses the after-election negotiation. |
