| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou e-governmentu a vyhodnocuje měření vybraných e-služeb. Teoretická část práce seznamuje čtenáře s pojmem e-government, koncepcemi Evropské unie, vývojem a významnými projekty e-governmentu nejen v České republice, ale i v Rakousku. Praktická část se věnuje popisu metodiky, na základě byly změřeny vybrané e-služby. Dále obsahuje hodnocení měření e-služeb a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with issues in e-government and evaluates the measurement of selected e-services. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the term of e-government, conceptions of the European Union, the development of a major e-government projects in the Czech Republic and Austria. The practical part describes the methodology on which selected e-services were measured. It also contains the assessment of the measurement and recommendations. |
