Abstract: | The aim of this Diploma thesis was to find the best possible way to monetize the potential market for babysitting search sites in the Czech Republic. In conclusion I looked at a subscription model for both parents and babysitters, as well as the prepaid credit; both commission and ads monetization were also brought into consideration. SWOT, VRIO, VRIN and SPACE analyses were brought to bear as analytical tools for this research, prepared together here with some basic calculations. Finally the best possible business model selected was a combination of the Freemium model and Subscription model. In the last part of my presentation the selected business model was worked out in detail into a business plan. Even though the freemium/subscription model is perceived as the best solution the profits are too low for viability and the founders should take that into consideration. |

Abstract: | Cíl této práce bylo nalezení nejlepšího "business modelu" pro portál na hlídání dětí v České Republice. V práci jsem bral v potaz tyto potensionální modely: předplatné (v aj. "subscrption") ze strany rodičů i ze strany chův, model provizí, předplacený kredit a internetový marketing. Na posouzení nejlepšího modelu mi posloužili metody SWOT, VRIO, VRIN a SPACE, společně se základními propočty. Nakonec jako nejlepší varianta se jeví kombinace "freemium a subscrption" modelu. V poslední části mé práce jsem tento model popsal ve větším detailu do podnikatelského plánu. I přes to že se tento model jeví jako nejlepší, zisky jsou velmi malé a zakladatelé by tento fakt měli vzít v potaz. |
