| Abstract: | Cílem práce je shrnout nejdůležitější informace o hlavních vyhledávačích na českém trhu Googlu a Seznamu a provést jejich srovnání z hlediska poskytovaných služeb a počtu uživatelů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsem se zaměřil na historii vyhledávačů a vyhledávání s důrazem na Seznam a Google. Další část se týká změn a novinek ve vyhledávání a službách, které jsou těmito vyhledávači poskytovány v posledních pěti letech a jejich srovnáním. Poslední část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení průzkumu, který testuje znalosti uživatelů v oblastech vyhledávání, vybraných novinek a schopnosti vyhledávat. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to summarize the most important information about the major search engines on the Czech market, Google and Seznam and to do a comparison in terms of services provided and the number of users. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, I focused on the history of search engines and search with the emphasis on Seznam and Google. Next section covers changes and innovations in search and services that are provided by these search engines in the last five years and their comparison. The last part is focused on the evaluation of survey that tests the users knowledge about searching, selected news and their ability to search. |
