| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na porovnání současného stavu BOZP a reálného zajištění dokumentace BOZP na základní škole s požadavky legislativy a ČSN OHSAS 18001. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky problematiky BOZP a požadavky legislativní úpravy. Z poznatků teoretického hlediska je vypracována aplikační část, která bude zaměřena na rozbor současného stavu BOZP na základní škole. V aplikační části je popsán profil vybrané základní školy a dle analýzy rizik je vypracován návrh na nápravná opatření ke zlepšení stavu. Pozornost bude věnována i úrazovosti na základní škole a dle knihy úrazů a registračních zápisů bude analyzována četnost, závažnost a místo vzniku úrazů. Závěrem práce bude vyhodnocen stav zajištění BOZP a budou vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The thesis compares the current state of the occupational safety and health (OSH) and the actual documentation at the primary school in Beroun with the OSH legislation and the Czech technical standard ČSN OHSAS 18001. The first part of the work presents the theoretical basis of OSH and the legislative requirements. The second part addresses the application of the OSH legislation and examines the current state of OSH at the chosen school. The analysis of the school OSH documentation allows to assess the risks and to suggest some preventive measures that would help to improve the current state. The analytic part deals with the injury rate at the school and the analysis of the frequency and seriousness of the injuries and the location of the accidents, based on the school registration book of injuries. The conclusion of the thesis consists of the evaluation of the current state of OSH at the chosen school and gives some suggestions for its improvement. |
