| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Finanční a strategická analýza podniku Witte Nejdek, s.r.o. pro účely ocenění" se zabývá zhodnocením finančního zdraví podniku v letech 2007 - 2011 pro účely ocenění. Práce obsahuje tři základní části - část metodickou, ve které jsou vymezeny použité vzorce a postupy, část finanční analýzy, kde je v praxi provedena finanční analýza a část strategické analýzy, kde je zpracován plán tržeb na příští tři roky. V části finanční analýzy je také provedeno srovnání s konkurenčními podniky a zhodnocení situace vůči konkurentům. V závěru práce je provedeno celkové zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis "Financial and Strategic Analysis of Witte Nejdek s.r.o. for the purposes of its valuation" deals with the evaluation of the financial health of the company during the years 2007 - 2011 for the purposes of its valuation. The thesis involves three parts - methodical part, in witch are listed used formulas, part of financial analysis, in witch is the financial analysis done in practice and the part of stratigic analysis, where is made a plan of the revenues for next three years. In the part of financial analysis is the company also compared to the other competitors and the results are commented. In the final part of the thesis is overall of the financial health of the company. |
