| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je přezkum hospodaření a finanční audit ve veřejné správě. Cílem práce je porovnat tyto metody. Práce je rozdělena do šesti částí. V první části práci je popsána obec a její pozice v systému veřejné správy. Ve druhé části je popsán proces přezkoumání hospodaření. Třetí část práce je věnována auditu. Srovnání těchto dvou metod je vypracováno ve čtvrté části práce. Poslední dvě části práce pak přibližují tuto problematiku na příkladu Jihočeského kraje a dále je zde uvedeno srovnání se situací na Slovensku. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is the financial audit and the obligatory review of financial statements in the public sector in the Czech republic. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is about the position of municipalities in the public sector. The process of the rewiev is defined in the second part. The third part concerns financial audit. These two possibilities are compared in the fourth part of the thesis. The situation in the South Bohemian region in year 2010 is described in part five. The last part is devoted to the similar situation in Slovakia. |
