| Abstract: | Nobelovu cenu za ekonomii získali v roce 2007 tři ekonomové, kteří se zasloužili o vyvinutí teorie návrhů mechanismů (mechanism design theory). V ekonomické teorii se snažíme vysvětlit nebo předpovědět výsledek již existujících mechanismů. Teorie návrhů mechanismů používá opačný postup, nejdřív si zvolí, jakého výsledku by se mělo dosáhnout a pak se snaží zjistit, zda existuje postup nebo mechanismus, který ho může dosáhnout. Cílem této práce je nastínit hlavní principy a myšlenky teorie, která byla oceněna jednou z nejprestižnějších cen, a poukázat na možnosti jejího využití. |
