| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce Účetní z pohledu psychologie popisuje průběh a výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na zjištění osobnostních charakteristik, které by měl mít účetní na různých pozicích. Studentům oboru Účetnictví a finanční řízení podniku byla k vyplnění poskytnuta nejdříve anketa a posléze dotazník, z výsledků ankety vycházející. Výsledky dotazníku vyplněného studenty jsou za účelem jejich verifikace porovnány s výsledky dotazníku vyplněného osobami v účetnictví činnými, se kterými je posléze proveden rozhovor, aby byla ověřena míra shody názorů studentů a účetních. Výsledky dotazníku jsou shrnuty do výstupu pro každou z kategorií respondentů. Tyto výstupy by měly být schopny ulehčit rozhodování těm, kteří si nejsou jisti, zda je pro ně povolání účetního tím pravým. |

| Abstract: | This work Accountants from the psychological point of view describes the process and results of research realised to detect personality characteristics that an accountant working on various positions should have. Students of Accounting and Corporate Financial Management were asked to answer questions used in a survey. Results from the survey were used to create a questionnaire that was distributed to two groups of respondents: the students and persons working in accounting. Their opinions were compared to verify their validity. Summaries of the results aim to help anyone who isn't certain that accounting is the best choice for his future career. You can also find four interviews with accountants to support or disconfirm students' opinions. |
