| Abstract: | Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s pojmem due diligence, definovat základní druhy prověrky a podrobněji popsat její proces. Především je práce zaměřena na prokázání smyslu provádění této prověrky při fúzích a akvizicích. Problematice due diligence jsou věnovány první dvě kapitoly a v poslední části jsou podrobněji definovány transakce s podnikem při kterých je právě tento typ prověrky prováděn, konkrétně se jedná o fúze a akvizice. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to introduce the reader to the concept of due diligence, to define the basic types of screening and describe in detail the process. Above all, the thesis is focused on demonstration of the purpose of implementation of due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. The issue of due diligence are devoted to the first two chapters and the last part are defined in greater detail transactions with a company in which this type of screening is carried out, namely mergers and acquisitions. |
